Aaron Georgel, PA-C, brings more than two decades of surgical and clinical experience to the Louisville Institute of Orthopedics. A skilled orthopedic and cardiothoracic physician assistant, Aaron is known for his precision in the operating room and his approachable, patient-centered style in the clinic.

Since 2010, Aaron has cared for patients in the Louisville area, specializing in joint injections, casting, bracing, and surgical first assist for orthopedic procedures. His extensive background in both orthopedics and cardiothoracic surgery allows him to deliver comprehensive care with a deep understanding of complex anatomy and post-surgical recovery.

Before joining the orthopedic field, Aaron practiced in cardiothoracic surgery at leading hospitals in Louisville and Nashville, where he assisted on heart and transplant surgeries and helped pioneer minimally invasive vein and artery harvesting techniques.
